Our weekly one-on-one sessions will be 45 minutes in length and will include a session summary from me via email. Working together on a specific issue or habit is a great way to use the 6 week coaching package!

Your coaching portal provides 24/7 access to session notes, worksheets, progress tracking, scheduling, and reminders. This is my flagship program and not only is the best value but also offers the highest level of support and accountability in and between sessions.
